Day Off
Today we are taking a well deserved day off from the shop. After a long day doing a craft show yesterday: traveling to events as such can be exhausting. Packing up our crafts and displays and then traveling to the event, spending all day there and then traveling back home to unpack it all again. Reminds us why we only plan on doing local events a few times a year once the shop is officially open. Today we are headed to Joplin MO to see our son and daughter in law and our grandson. Will be picking up a few craft supplies while we are in the big city but other than that, it is a day for us. Got my wood-burning kits in the mail yesterday so I now have the supplies to host pyrography workshops. Looking forward to teaching my craft to others who are interested in creating for themselves.
